The Cedar Riverside Partnership has directed strategic focus to a three-part approach to opening health care careers pathways:
1. Work with M Health Fairview and other employer partners to identify the most likely health care employment opportunities over the next 2-5 years;
2. Work with education partners to identify health career education opportunities most likely to lead to employment for Cedar Riverside youth; and,
3. Work with community organization partners to identify specific outreach and communications strategies to help inform and successfully connect neighborhood youth to these identified opportunities.
